Alba Pharma is hiring District Managers in the following areas.

Accountabilities

Responsible for managing the sales activities of the assigned region to ensure maximum market penetration.
Responsible for leading a team of medical sales reps to achieve the company objectives
Collect, analyze, interpret, and share relevant market information, including competitor and sales data to support the identification of sales and customer opportunities.
Monitor performance against agreed sales; expenses; ROI; business/account plan execution; contact plan; customer satisfaction metrics – highlighting issues and taking appropriate actions.
Responsible for staffing the new team members with high quality individuals through an aggressive program of recruiting & selection, training and development of medical sales representatives

University degree in (Vet, Science, and Pharmacy) are preferred
3 - 5 years' experience in Cosmeceuticals field in as same position.
Excellent negotiation, planning, problem solving, Communication and leadership skills.
Excellent organization and follow up skills.
Excellent User of MS office.
Excellent command of English language.
