Job Description

  • Develop annual sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Create strategies to enter new markets and expand market share.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Supervise the sales team and set performance targets.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and attract new clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with customers and distributors.
  • Prepare sales proposals and pricing strategies based on cost and market competition.
  • Research and comply with international market regulations and requirements.
  • Oversee shipping and customs clearance to ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify and collaborate with agents and international partners to expand distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards related to lime exports.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns locally and internationally.
  • Attend industry exhibitions and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide product presentations and educational materials to potential customers.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure product availability.
  • Oversee transportation and warehousing to maintain quality and smooth delivery.
  • Optimize supply chains to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
  • Monitor payment collections and resolve any financial disputes.
  • Track customer satisfaction and work on improving the purchasing experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree (MBA) or specialized courses in sales and export management is a plus.
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the chemical, mining, or construction materials industries.
  • Proven experience in export operations, including shipping, customs clearance, and international trade.
  • A strong track record of achieving sales targets and expanding into new markets.
