· Type and format various documents.
· Ensure accuracy and completeness of all typed materials, checking for spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors.
· Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism.
· Follow established formatting and style guidelines.
· Collaborate with PM team to meet deadlines and complete projects.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a typist or in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs).
- Full time job – in office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- B.A degree or equivalent.
- Fulfilling standard Productivity with required level of accuracy
- Languages diversity (basically AR & EN, providing other languages is preferred)
- Tools typist masters (Basically, all Office Suit. Exposure to other tools is preferred)
- Ability to provide light formatting.
- Ability & passion to learn new tools and support in relevant scope.
- Exceptional reading and listening comprehension abilities.
