Job Description
- Supervises and conducts test protocols to ensure the products and systems meet specified requirements and customer expectations.
- Manages and conducts in process quality checks on the products to provide feedbacks and recommendation to the involved parties before the final test.
- Creates work plans the products’ test in the test area and conduct all the routine tests according the reference specifications and IEC Standards.
- Identifies and manages technical issues that occur and apply the standard resolution methods.
- Drives team performance to ensure quality timely delivery as per safety standards.
- Assists both production and engineering staff to develop new techniques and procedures as necessary to investigate the integrity of new products, or new functionality for existing products.
- Provides feedback and advises engineering & R&D on systemic improvement opportunities in the area of design related to product produced in the operation.
- Collaborates with the supply chain function to ensure correct suppliers services and equipment for all testing equipment and activities.
- Facilitates best practice and knowledge sharing within the testing team.
- Develop and drives continuous improvement activities to improve processes, policies, procedures and effectiveness.
- Ensures that the testing team is adequately resourced, developed and equipped to meet business needs.
- Ensures correct assignments of tasks within the team, defines relevant performance metrics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from Faculty of Engineering, Electrical Department
- 4-7 Years of Experience as a Quality Control Engineer in LV/MV Panels industry
- Quality Certifications and Standards Awareness
- 1- 2 years in a leading position
- Experience in engineering supplies and have a knowledge of production planning and operation flow.
