Job Description
• Following up the Legal Research upon Documents submitted by the clients seeking funding.
• Revising Final Draft of contracts with all associations and companies and intuitions.
• Execute and process documents with the governmental authorities on adding activities and change the statute of the company as well as authenticating EGM, AGM, Board Meetings.
• Conduct all Registration Procedures.
• Conduct all cases filled for or against the company at courts as well as dealing with police Stations and prosecutions.
• Helping other departments by offering a legal opinion in their work and solving their problems when needed.
• Dealing with Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority.
• Responsible for Execute the Registration Plan and Register the units.
• Receiving complaints from other departments that belong to Delinquent’s clients and trying to make them pay their arrears before taking legal action against them.
• Conducting internal investigations with the employees when they violate the Regulations of the company.
• Following up closely with external lawyers on legal cases filed for or against the company.
• Corporate Secretary of EGM, AGM & Board Meetings.
• Coordinating and direct connecting with Sharia Board and follow up.
Job Requirements
• Law Degree.
• Experience at least 10 Years.
• Very good in English Spoken & Written.
• Highly skilled in MS Office and use of the Internet, as well as Legal Research.
• High knowledge in Mortgage law and its regulations and any amendments regarding the mentioned Law.
