Job Description
- Establish sales policies and procedures
- Develop and implement annual sales plans to achieve the overall objective of the company
- Calculate the monthly target Vs. budget to cascade targets for salesmen
- Plan the commission for the sales force in coordination with the sales logistics department to provide an incentive sales force
- Determine KPI for sales force to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Follow up with the production departments at the factories to identify the available products and the status of current orders
- Analyze, evaluate and direct subordinates performance to achieve the company's sales objectives
- Follow-up analysis of the market, monitoring and evaluation activities and products of competitors to stand on the consumer price policy and the policy of cuts needs
- Participate in the development and promotional plans for the company's products
- Prepare sales reports with surrounding potential sales volume, sales and how to develop potential sales areas.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience in plastic industry is highly recommended
