Job Description
- Provide direction, instructions, guidance, technical and educational skills development to the team assigned.
- Develop ongoing strategies for the team to reach monthly target.
- Provide encouragement to team members, communicating track and team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
- Design, perform, Develop, document and present proposals with needed trainings for team members with the coordination between Hr, trainings team and R&D Team for the purpose of implementing effective teaching with technology, engagement, lesson plans implementation, use of technology, STEAM and online tools
- Conducts team meetings for team building, updating members on best practices, department and team policies, continuing expectations and goals.
- Monitor, document and evaluate team members performance (tasks, session’s performance, technical skills and knowledge, feedback quality, deadlines, soft skills and personal educational skills).
- Monitor, evaluate sessions quality and develop strategies to enhance the overall educational process quality.
- Manage the flow of day-to-day operations with the operation and customer service teams regarding the team’s assigned sessions, recommending team members for the suitable membership tracks based on their level of expertise and curriculum support.
- Giving introductory sessions for starting groups and new students.
- instructing and Leading I School’s workshops for possible new students.
- Generate periodic Documented Evaluation Reports for students finishing the specified membership levels for updating student’s parents and upper management and track students progress throughout their learning experience in iSchool.
- Support parent’s technical / educational queries about the sessions content, instructors, sessions process and student’s progress.
- Assists management, Hr. department and trainings team with hiring processes and new team member training.
- Answers team members questions, helps with team members problems, and oversees team members work for quality and guideline compliance.
- Supporting client’s technical queries about the sessions content, sessions process and quality, and effectively handling client’s complaints regarding the technical aspects of the membership sessions.
- Testing curriculum’s quality with the R&D team, suggesting and performing technical edits to the content based on the tests feedback and present editorial proposals for the R&D team for the purpose of reaching maximum content – educational quality in the educational sessions.
- Assigning senior instructors their monthly tasks in coordination with the R&D team members, senior team leader and reporting to upper management including senior team leader, monitoring their progress and evaluating their efficiency and resulting quality of work.
- Attend and Participate in professional development that includes team leadership training, Managerial trainings and ongoing coaching with senior team leader / department management.
- Must communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Graphic design
- Experience in animation
- Experience in video editing
- Knowledge of STEM best practices.
- Empathy and great interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with basic computer software such as Word and Excel.
- Experience working with children and adolescents. Previous experience as a STEM teacher will be advantageous.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Good teamwork abilities.
- Preferred State teaching license in the relevant field.
