Job Description
- Participating in developing and implementing the strategy for quality management, and following up and evaluating the technical performance of all production units in the company, starting from receiving raw materials until delivering the final product.
- Participate with heads of production units in determining the technical specifications for all raw materials and materials, as well as for the final product, in a manner consistent with customer requirements.
- Proposing methods for developing products in terms of quality, product design, and manufacturing process by communicating with both production and quality engineers and approving the new product.
- Full knowledge of standard standards and product quality conditions and ensuring the implementation of all procedures related to quality management systems and food safety.
- Preparing periodic reports to be submitted to the Chairman of the Board of Directors to follow up on the progress of work in the various production departments.
- Research and development in solving problems related to production and quality to reach the fastest solution to these problems and develop recommendations to improve products, which leads to developing product quality.
- Cooperating with other departments to achieve comprehensive quality requirements through periodic meetings between different departments.
- Supervising all employees of the Quality Department and laboratories and verifying their commitment to actual performance specifications and the duties and responsibilities of each job.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar position in companies operating in the same field as the company.
- Extensive knowledge in the confectionery industry.
- In-depth understanding of comprehensive quality standards.
- Familiarity with industry norms and the integrated ISO system.
- Proficient in English.
