We are seeking a highly organized detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations through efficient data management.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform accurate and timely data entry, ensuring the integrity of information.
- Manage and organize data files and databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility..
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Make different calls for different suppliers to get information or quotes.
- 100% Remote role.
- Working hours are strictly 7PM-11PM EGYPT time ( NO FLEXIBILITY)
- 6 days per week job Sunday - Friday, Saturday is OFF
Job Requirements
- Very stable internet connection.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
