Job Description
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
- Record and analyze financial transactions related to factory operations.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, cost of goods sold (COGS), and factory expenses.
- Monitor budgets and spending within departments.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal financial policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support audits and financial reviews.
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a financial accounting role, with proven experience in factory or manufacturing settings.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
