Job Description
1. Review employee files and complete any missing data.
2. Follow up on work permits and residency permits for foreign employees.
3. Review the mobile phone company bills of the company and its employees.
4. Follow up on social insurance procedures for employees.
5. Follow up on the company’s maintenance and service contracts
6. Preparing entry visas for members of the board of directors and tanker employees.
7. Reviewing hotel contracts – arranging hotel reservations for company guests.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 - 4 year of experience.
- Very good command of English. ( very Important )
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (very good Excel, Word, Outlook). ( important )
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
