Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional to gain valuable experience and contribute to the growth of our organization.


As a Junior HR Generalist, you will be involved in a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. We are looking for a candidate with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion for people.

Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition: 
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Provide administrative support during the recruitment process.
• Onboarding: 
- Prepare onboarding paperwork and conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
- Assist with the administration of new hire paperwork and benefits enrollment.
• Employee Relations: 
- Provide general HR support to employees, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Assist with employee relations issues, such as performance management and conflict resolution.
• Benefits Administration: 
- Provide administrative support for benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and claims processing.
• HR Operations: 
- Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and data entry.
- Support various HR projects and initiatives.
 

Job Requirements

• BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field, HR certification is an advantage.
• Experience from 1 – 3 years as an HR specialist or relevant human resources position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability in using MS Office.
• Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
• Experience with HR databases.
• In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities.
• Familiarity with social media recruiting.
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive mindset.
