Job Description

  1. Align with the Commercial Manager and the Sales Manager to prioritize initiatives and understand target consumer, in order to develop a comprehensive strategy that includes the relation with media agencies as well as the packaging and labeling guidelines.
  2. Design brand architecture by determining how the brand would add value, in order to ensure that the launch is most effective, and measure the impact on sales and brand, and accordingly plan and oversee the company's advertising and promotion activities, including media planning and acquisition. 
  3. Form an understanding of the customers by conducting intensive research to understand consumer profiles and identify communication channel and tone, in order to be able to send a message that fits both the company and the target audience.
  4. Develop annual marketing plan including detailed action Items to meet organizational objectives related to the marketing function.
  5. Direct and implement a comprehensive marketing collateral development program including datasheets, product promotions, catalogs, brochures, sales tools, company collateral materials and company website. 
  6. Organize the company external events (ex. Tradeshow, Seminars, full day events…etc.), and represent the company in each of these events
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to identify and develop customer case studies, success stories and wins for internal/external announcements and newsletters.
  8. Analyze factors such as pricing, distribution, and product performance, interpret statistical reports and market trends to provide future forecasts, and provide the statistical reports and recommendations to management to assist with the development of strategic plans.
  9. Serve as a partner to finance and product development in determining the viability of potential markets before the production of a product.
  10. Manage launch campaigns for new products, and distribution channels for products.
  11. Online and social media community management and influencer database management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business or Marketing
  • Post Graduate studies is a plus
  • 3 – 5 Years of experience in a relevant field
  • At least 3 years in the same position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience using ERP system is a plus
  • Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.
