Study projects document, design & specification.
Drive and execute cost reduction activities to meet the management target
Monitor progress of work on site to align the performance of the Mechanical-Plumbing in the building.
Perform tasks within defined schedules and project budgets.
Assign tasks on the foremen to proceed with the daily work.
Align with different trades regarding any conflicts on site.
Regular overall sites check regarding the work in progress & handle day to day issues.
Prepare daily & weekly progress status report and provide it to the direct manager.
Study new shop drawings and clarify all the spotted issues.
Inspect all finished works from foreman and site engineers
Coordinate with all other trades (Arch, firefighting, Air Duct, pluming, other MEP trades).
Follow up the storage of material needed to prepare site requisition for any needed site material.

Manage and direct the mechanical-Plumbing installation team for all required contracted works.

Proven working experience in mechanical engineering
Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools ( AutoCAD or other)
Mathematical computing and analysis tools knowledge
Solid understanding of core concepts including mechanics.
Creativity and analytical skills
Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
Technical writing skills
BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering
From 4 - 6 years of experience
