Job Description

Patient Experience Specialist - The main responsibility is to assure patient satisfaction by delivering clarified health education to Andalusia patients and their relatives, raising the awareness regarding their treatment plans and improve their compliance to it.

  • Responsible for gathering all scientific data suggested to be delivered to patients (cited from trusted medical sources) and taking the medical managers approval on what to be actually delivered “Medical Content”.
  • Plan and clarify programs and treatments specifically designed to address the patient's need according to doctors plan
  • Provide health and wellness education information with Medical department and Consult with physicians and staff regarding related health education services.
  • Full orientation for delivery cases and present to surgical operation patients their exercises according to medical protocols before discharge (discuss with clinical coordinator of each specialty)
  • Create list of instructions for pre and post-operative case (cited from trusted medical sources)
  • Daily rounds to all patients to clear the treatment plan progress.
  • Evaluate, design, present and recommend health education information and materials.
  • Maintain patient logs of all who are scheduled for procedures with nursing staff.
  • Revise the documentation compliance & medical sheets & medical protocols and diagnosis across all department to get next needs per each specialty.
  • Coordinate with pharmacy to orient the patient with medication plan.
  • Follow up discharge list to organize treatment and follow up plan (follow up card).
  • Attend medical meeting with medical director and clinical coordinator (to raise medical comments and complaints).
  • Make sure all information delivered to patients is simple enough to be easily interpreted by all groups yet fulfilling the scientific value.
  • Handle all patients’ questions and inquiries regarding general health issues.
  • Continuous search for trusted and unique sources.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine Or Dentistry.
  • Excellent Communication skills.

  • Presentation skills.
