Job Description
- Supervise the implementation of MEP works on-site, with a focus on industrial projects.
- Identify technical issues and work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to develop effective solutions.
- Provide expert guidance and technical support for resolving MEP-related challenges.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration and project progression.
- Document meeting minutes, record modification requests, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure compliance with all project specifications, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
- Monitor and report on project progress, proactively addressing any issues or delays that may arise.
- Review and verify the quality of work executed by contractors to ensure it meets the required standards.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
- Proven experience as an MEP Engineer, with a strong focus on industrial projects.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, construction processes, and relevant industry standards.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MEP software and design tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with industrial projects and large-scale tenders.
- Ownership of a car.
- Valid driving license.
