Job Description
- Prepare daily and weekly production plans in line with company objectives.
- Supervise manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Analyze production workflows and identify areas for improvement.

- Manage production line teams and allocate tasks effectively.

- Prepare periodic reports on production performance and key efficiency indicators.
- Provide innovative solutions to resolve production challenges.
- Collaborate with departments such as design, sales, and procurement to meet customer demands.
Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate should be a graduate of Applied Arts or Production mechanics
- Experience at the furniture industry must
- Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Cutting List
- Strong team leadership abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
