Production Engineer

- Prepare daily and weekly production plans in line with company objectives.
- Supervise manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with set standards.
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Apply productivity principles to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Manage production line teams and allocate tasks effectively.
- Train & follow the workers on equipment usage and adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure final products meet technical specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor the implementation of occupational safety and health standards.
- Prepare periodic reports on production performance and efficiency indicators.
- Provide innovative solutions to production challenges.
- Collaborate with other departments (design, sales, and procurement) to meet customer requirements.
- Possess a solid understanding of various manufacturing techniques (wood ) prefer.
