Job Description

  • Monitor and analyze brand and team performance on multiple quantitative and qualitative KPIs and provides conclusive reports and recommendations adapted to the differential needs of internal customers (BF Heads, FLMs, Product Managers, Reps, …)
  • Assess performance against business KPIs.
  • Recommend solutions for performance issues and potential areas.
  • Propose, plan, organize and monitor quantitative and qualitative effectiveness of sales force (FLMs and Reps)
  • SOPs setting for all related SFE.
  • Manage continuous improvement of targeting model and approach
  • Manage CRM and FF applications, maximizing and improving the value of teams
  • Participate in an active way at Business Franchise Meetings and other Brand Team meetings.
  • Develop and integrate strategies across Commercial Operations to review/improve business and strategic planning processes in order to improve general business performance.
  • Medical & Sales Teams Cycle Plan Revision and Validation
  • Customers List Updating and management (Doctors & Pharmacies)
  • Master Data Creation in SAP (Customers & Pricing conditions).
  • Participate in developing incentive plan for sales team.

Job Requirements

  • University degree pharmacy or science.
  • Relevant experience of 3 years in SFE or business/sales analytics.
  • Fluent in English
