Agent Wizardry is a fast-growing client acquisition and lead generation company that empowers real estate professionals with high-converting funnels, smart automations, and streamlined sales systems. We’ve helped clients close 27+ deals in under 8 months, earn over $100K in just 90 days, and generate thousands of qualified leads — all powered by digital strategy and automation.
We’re looking for a motivated, English-speaking Appointment Setter to join our remote team and help us convert inbound leads into qualified appointments. You’ll play a key role in helping our clients succeed and scaling the impact of our systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reaching out to warm inbound leads via phone, text, and email
- Qualifying prospects using provided scripts and frameworks
- Booking appointments into our team’s calendar
- Following up with leads who haven’t responded
- Keeping CRM records updated with detailed notes
- Coordinating with our internal team for seamless client hand-offs
- You’ll be trained on our proven systems, given all the tools you need, and supported to grow and succeed.
Job Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or North American accent
- Confident, professional phone presence and strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and coachable
- Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset for calls
- Ability to follow scripts, track conversations, and hit daily targets
- Comfortable using CRMs and scheduling platforms (training provided)
- Prior experience in appointment setting, customer service, or sales is a plus — but not required
