Job Description
- Analyze customer warranty claims for validity and take necessary action to satisfy goods warranty policy.
- Involve other departments, as required, to obtain resolution to warranty claims including.
- Correct and resubmit rejected claims where it is felt that the claim is valid.
- Reporting on claims rejected for which a resubmission is not possible.
- Proactively investigate overdue claims and discuss issues raised with manufacturer representatives and fellow staff as appropriate.
- Help ensure that warranty return parts are stored in a safe and secure manner and no present danger to staff.
Job Requirements
- Bsc Mechanical Engineering
- Experience 3 to 6 years in authorized service center
- English Language written and spoken
- High Computer Skills
- Analytical Skills Good Communications Skills
- Good Negotiable Skills
