Job Description
- Devices installation.
- Training the customers on devices operation, updated trainings in case new staff members join accounts’ team. Customers include surgeons, camera men, technicians and junior doctors
- Training essential customers for the installation and removal of disposable lens cover
- Attend operations done by each device to support operations team
- Push for VIMS towers usage at accounts over other towers
- Periodic visits to accounts with existing devices for general check on device conditions and make sure all necessary documents are available at the account
- Ensure proper storage and usage at accounts for tower protection
- Manage any technical issue that may arise by clients after discussion as per Roya Policy
- Service and technical support on the following cases: Through warranty. Service contract implementations. Charged service.
- In collaboration with sales team, follow up on sheets stocks and communicate to sales team when actions are needed.
- Use previous connections and relations to open sales channels in collaboration with sales teams
- Provide management with needed reports as installation, training, and maintenance reports as per management needs
