Job Description

  • Advise management on the administration of human resources policies and procedures
    Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.
  • Educate and communicate policies and procedures for new and current employees/employers.
  • Evaluate the company's employees' performance & Create assessments to perform the employees.
  • Addressing the corporate Human resource gap.
  • identify vacancies and write job descriptions.
  • human resource management strategic planning and development.
  • Provide management with information or training related to interviewing, performance appraisals, counseling techniques, or documentation of performance issues.
  • Oversee onboarding of newly hired employees to include: employee handbook overview, and employment documents, write job descriptions, and benefits enrollment.
  • Process, verify, and assist in maintaining documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications via HUB or HR portals.
  • Oversee company benefit administration to include enrollment forms, plan questions, claims resolution, and open enrollment.
  • Establish and maintain department records and reports; recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency and services performed
  • Assist Employers in managing workers' compensation injury claims.
  • Presenting training sessions related to specific HR programs.

Job Requirements

  • At least 10 years of progressive Proven experience as an HR consultant.
  • BSc/BA in human resources, business administration, or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources is a plus.
  • Proficiency In English is a must.
  • Experience managing people, in an HR position or other.
  • Experience in project management preferably HR related.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices Solid understanding of research methods and analysis.
  • Computer savvy with working knowledge of human resource IT (ATS, Payroll, etc.).
  • Ability to strategize and formulate business plans.
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills.
