Job Description
The Territory Manager has the following responsibilities:
- Guarantee the achievement of the sales targets by implementing the defined action plans
- Prepare monthly targets by customer
- Carry out a weekly sales report
- Prepare a detailed action plan for sales of lubricants by product / pack
- Organize a quarterly Business Review with his Resellers and Management
- Achieving at least 80% CDP Index for each reseller .
- Activate all pending POSs in the area with transactions
- Know the local markets, detect the expectations of our Partners and identify the main actors per region
- Define the potential of his sector
- Identify all the actors
- Prospect and select Resellers to be recruited within the framework of delegation defined by his management
- Prepare prospection list and update the list monthly basis
- Manage the relationship with the distributors, and drive the road to market (Resellers => POS => Mechanics => End Users)
- Close contact with RESELLERS and his sales team
- Monitor the sell out of the Resellers through the Club Des Pros (Loyalty Program)
- Increase our numeric distribution in his area (Number of POS working with TOTAL)
- Improve the presence of Total products on the shelves
- Lead the marketing plan
- Implement and follow the promotion and marketing campaigns in his area
- Provide technical and commercial support as well as operational marketing for them
- Organize weekly visits with distributors sales team
- Organize POS convention for each reseller (At least one per year)
- Upgrade our product mix
7. Report his activity and potential growths in Salsa
- Pass all visits reports, opportunities and the prospection into SALSA.
8. Contribute to the implementation and the respect of HSEQ policies of the Total Group
- Develop a high level of ownership of the Group's golden rules by sharing the safety culture with partners
- Apply & implement the Anti-corruption , Antitrust Compliance and Integrity Policies and Program
- Implement the required process of due diligences within my area of responsibilities
- Apply the entire ethical approach and TOTAL code of conduct values.
- Comply with HSE policies & 12 golden rules and Compliance Policy .
Job Requirements
- University graduate
- 3/5 years of experience
- Delta Resident is a must
- BS degree in engineering or related field would be a plus
- Good English language.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Effective customer relations management
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsiveness in treating the internal and external demands.
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
- Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals
- Ability to make evaluative judgments.
- Ability to investigate and analyze information and draw conclusions.
- Able to identify risky situations within the context of one's activity and warns the relevant services (HSEQ, Operations)
