Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
Handle community engagement (comments, messages, inquiries).
Manage influencer collaborations & paid campaigns.
Track performance & prepare monthly reports.
Ensure brand consistency & confidentiality.
2) Customer Service Representative
Handle customer inquiries (phone, WhatsApp, social media).
Record & process customer orders.
Follow up on deliveries & resolve issues.
Provide professional and friendly support.
Manage complaints & returns according to company policy.
Job Requirements
1) Marketing Specialist
Previous experience in marketing (preferably beauty, fashion, luxury).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing & social media tools.
Excellent communication skills & creativity.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail & analytical mindset.
2) Customer Service Representative
Residing in/near Tagamoa.
Previous customer service experience (preferred).
Strong Arabic & English communication skills.
Proficiency in computer & WhatsApp Business tools.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
