Job Description
- A leading NGO is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to handle all social media and the website
- The candidate will be responsible to design and implement the NGO digital media plans and strategies and achieving digital marketing goals and objectives.
Duties & responsibilities
- Design digital media campaigns according to business goals
- Coordinate and manage the creation of all digital content such as website, press releases, infographics and videos etc.
- Establish our web presence
- Work to improve our brand presence
- Work with Google SEO to ensure dominance.
- Maintain and manage all our social media channels
- Liaise with product development teams
- Suggest strategies and methods for improvement
- Regularly track and get insights into competitors' strategies
- Develop and monitor ROI and be able to work to achieve the set KPIs
- Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and latest trends
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience as Digital Media Specialist or a similar role
- Experience with content management.
- Dealt with online payments or online donations.
- And is able to handle with third parties.
- Candidate has to be able to handle problems/ conflicts and solve them as they happen.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro is a plus.
- Knowledge of web design is a plus
