Job Description

Purpose:

 

  • This role, reporting to the Head of Technology, the Reconciliation and settlement Deputy Manager will help the business to reconcile all Khales payment transactions across the the systems, and with Khales billers, partners, and settlement bank. The role is responsible about reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions

 

Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Working on back office settlement system and monitor all work orders and reports. 
  • Make test cycle in any settlement system and send bugs to the related department. 
  • Prepare Daily, monthly and annual achievement reports for all the projects. 
  • Monitor all transactions and reports at back office settlement system. 
  • Monitor the services trends on daily, weekly, monthly basis, and take the corrective actions 
  • Efficiently and accurately process dispute related activities (retrievals, chargeback, etc ) within stipulated time frames to avoid customer inconvenience 
  • Prepare Day to Day settlement reports  
  • Working in daily reconciliation log files and prepare daily end of day report 
  • Handle and follow up with all the customers any invoicing or settlement problem and solve it according to SLA..

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education(Please add the minimum level of academic education required )
  • University degree in business or commerce or any relevant experience
  • Experience(Please add minimum years of relevant experience required as a base to perform the job in a satisfactory level )
  • from 12-14 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge & Abilities(Please add non-academic knowledge that gaied from work experience needed  )
  • Previous reconciliation, settlement, or revenue assurance experience
  • Previous experience in banking or payment industry
  • Analytical mind, and attention to details is a must
  • Good reporting skills.
  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
  • Experience with dashboard and visualization tools
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, access and Power Point).
  • Good knowledge in SQL is preferable
