Job Description
- Overseeing and ensuring the accuracy of financial records
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement)
- Performing account reconciliations
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
- Forecast revenue and analyze profit margins
- Completing internal and external audits
- Maintaining compliance with accounting standards (GAAP)
- Supervising or mentoring junior accounting staff
- May participate in tax preparation or support tax teams
- Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Liaise with Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returns
- Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly
Job Requirements
- 5 - 7 years of proven work experience as a Certified Public Accountant or Senior Accountant
- BSc degree in Accounting or Finance and a CPA certification
- Good command of English
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Experience with accounting software
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge
