About Us:

Pixie Wings is a new early learning nursery aiming at providing high-quality care and education for children aged 1-4 years, with focus on creating a supportive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

It is located in Elsheikh Zayed. Phase 1 to include 6 classes with outdoor area 200 sq. m. Expected soft opening to be in September 2025 with Phase 2 to follow with 5 classes and outdoor area of 200 sq. and offer French classes.

Along with the nursery week day working hours, we want to best utilize the venue via:

1. Camps during School Holidays (Summer & Winter).
2. Therapy sessions in the evening.
3. After school activities (i.e. music, gymnastics, arts & crafts, Zumba).

Job Summary:

Pixie Wings Social Media Content Creator will be working closely with the Director to design, create and implement a social media strategy and content that aligns with the Nursery’s brand overall marketing goals. 

Key Responsibilities:

1.Content Creation:

Create high-quality, engaging content (captions, photos, posts designs and reels) for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and YouTube).

2. Content Calendar: 

Plan and schedule content in advance using a content calendar, ensuring consistency and timely posting.

3. Research and Analysis:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes to optimize content performance.

4. Engagement:

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media, fostering a positive brand reputation and community engagement.

5. Ads Management: 

Collaborate with the Director to plan and manage social media ads and campaigns.

6.Metrics and Reporting:

Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, conversions, etc.) to measure content effectiveness and inform future content strategies.

7.Brand Voice and Tone: 

Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media platforms.
