Job Description
- Take on campaign management and QA for existing campaigns handled by our CSMs and overflow from our current campaign manager
- Take on campaign management and QA from our strategic consultants so they can pick up strategy in other areas of the business and rely on a separate team for campaign creation
- Support new full service customers (like Consumer Reports), who are considering us for all of their email campaign needs
- Added benefit of HTML as backup to the creative team as needed to create in-app, digioh, and email campaigns
Job Requirements
- Can quickly learn multiple technology platforms
- Intake, process and implement request forms and campaign calendars
- Build, QA, confirm with client, and deploy all campaigns in multiple dashboards according to client-defined criteria and specs
- Execute digital campaigns across email and mobile
- Plan and prioritize work based on client timelines and committed SLAs
- Quality Assurance for 100% campaign accuracy
- Experience working on enterprise accounts with high volume, demand and expectations for accuracy
- Plan and prioritize your work based on client timelines, urgency, and relative priority
- Understands rules engine and display policies for setups
- Provide in-depth reporting and analysis of campaign performance
- Develops all copy and creative if client requests
- Copywriting skills
- Utilizes HTML, CSS and JavaScript to create custom experiences for clients
- Develops all creative image mock-ups for client projects
