Job Description
- Accountable for preparing, submitting and managing the company’s tax statement and returns; through applying knowledge of tax compliance and tax accounting principles to oversee and prepare all company tax compliance reports, while reporting budgetary concerns and taxation effects of business decisions
- Preparing corporate tax return.
- Preparing monthly VAT tax return.
- Preparing payroll reconciliation according to the tax law.
- Preparing withholding tax form 56.
- Preparing withholding tax form 41.
- Attending corporate, stamp and payroll tax inspections.
- Performing, following up and finalize any tax disputes at all stages (Inspections – Internal Committees – Appeal Committees – Courts).
- Handling others tax assignments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce Accounting Division.
- Minimum three years in Egyptian Tax Compliance with a knowledge of Egyptian rules and procedures under the local laws to take care of statutory requirements as necessary.
- Accuracy and focus, Follow-up and Negotiation Skills
- Social intelligence and building strong relationships.
- Candidate must be familiar with Egyptian local authorities and complexity of law and business matters
- Knowledgeable in Egyptian Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, VAT and other relevant acts.
- The use of good judgment and good interpersonal communication skills
- Strong work ethic; genuine passion for customer service and quality
- Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent time management and data handling skills.
- Expert interactive communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, take initiative and follow up independently;
