Job Description
- Leading, Supervise and coaching the recruiting team
- Help and direct the recruitment team for each request, while supporting them in creating the needed database
- Forecasting the manpower needs and create the recruitment annual plan
- create the recruitment plan and related implementation strategy
- Monitor market's trends in hiring practices, and take the necessary action accordingly
- continually reviewing and auditing the recruitment processes and take required actions when needed
Maintain tracking the recruitments metrics on a weekly/monthly basis - Support the company recruitment branding
- Train line managers on interviewing techniques
- Managing the recruitment budget, studying all available options, and select the best combination
- Managing the process of creating, updating, and review the Job description
- supporting in retention process and related initiatives accordingly
- Keep on track with recruitment events and employment fairs .
Job Requirements
- +7 years of experience mainly in recruitment
- Past experience in massive and large scale recruiting
- Leadership skills is a must
- Reporting skills and using analytic methods
- Ms office skills and ERP system
