Description:
- Monitor process continuity, troubleshooting & corrective actions wherever required.
- Check for proper repair according to machine design for all troubles.
- Assure spare parts availability & purchase indents for required spares
- Responsible to provide a complete analysis of root cause for machinery and suggesting means to enhance efficiency through reducing downtime.
- Assist in preparing maintenance plans and work orders.
- Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff • Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Mechanical.
- Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma.
- Background in Heavy industries is a plus.
- Excellent command of the English language (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Very good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- Very good verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and resourceful in completing assigned tasks. Education: Bachelor’s Degree
