Job Description
Work on the employees’ Manpower Planning (MPP) and keep it updated in line with business needs.
Update and maintain the company’s organizational structure.
Review and update job descriptions for different positions across the company.
Coordinate internal training activities and ensure alignment with identified training needs.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or Human Resources.
Good knowledge of Manpower Planning, Organizational Structure, and Job Analysis.
Experience in updating job descriptions and coordinating training activities.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Good command of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
