What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel and the HMVC architecture.
- Work closely with the team to understand business needs and translate them into technical workflows.
- Document and map out business cycles and logic clearly and efficiently.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services, and write clean, maintainable backend code.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and gradually contribute to React-based components.
- Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and improve our development processes.

Job Requirements
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Laravel (v10+) development.
- Comfortable working with HMVC architecture and modular codebases.
- Strong grasp of PHP, MySQL, and application architecture.
- Experienced with Git, API integrations, and deployment workflows.
- Able to understand business logic, workflows, and user journeys—and document them clearly.
- Curious and willing to learn React (we’ll guide you).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable in a collaborative environment.
Bonus Points For
- Exposure to React, Vue.js, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with TailwindCSS, Livewire, or Inertia.js.
- Experience with unit testing, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Previous involvement in cross-functional product development or startup teams.
