Job Description

Welcome the clients through face to face welcome meeting or call
Deliver the units to the clients
Preview the units with engineering department
Perform required units modification
Sign and discuss the administrative procedures with the clients
Hand over the original buying contract to the new clients
Follow up with existing clients and provide them with periodic updates
Visit the project's site periodically to visualize the construction development to match the actual status with the development reports
Handle the clients' technical and financial requests
Follow up with the technical office and accounting department for the clients' requests status
Act as the first line of contact with clients
Follow up client’s claims and any other related issues checks.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law or any relevant field
At least 1 year of relevant experience in same position and real estate background is a must
Good command in English
Ability to solve problems
Strong computer skills in MS Office suite
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
