Job Description
- Collaborate with the M&E Manager to design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
- Assist in the definition of key performance indicators (KPIs) for portfolio companies.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress towards program goals.
- Collect and organize data for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection.
- Provide regular updates on project performance to the M&E Manager and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports on key performance indicators and impact assessment.
- Implement improvement strategies based on evaluation findings.
- Support the M&E Manager in building relationships with external partners for evaluations.
- Assist in the communication of evaluation findings to relevant stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- BS degree in human resources, business administration or finance
