• Supervise container yard operations, including loading, unloading, stacking, dry/reefer containers repairs , and storage.
• Coordinate with operations team to optimize yard utilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations within the yard.
• Monitor and manage yard equipment and resources effectively.
• Prepare and submit daily yard activity reports.
• Lead, train, and motivate yard staff to achieve performance targets.
Job Requirements
• Previous experience in container yard or port operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of safety procedures and yard equipment.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
