Job Description
- Supervise the work team and regularly and regularly improve technical guidance for direct supervisors.
- Administer new and effective terms, including those targeting customers.
- Coordinate work schedules and rotate supervisors and technicians on different shifts and machines, clearly identifying differences between them and their ability to achieve diversity.
- Ensure candidates and supervisors meet the required quality levels and adhere to operating instructions.
- Review production reports, daily schedules, and employee numbers to ensure required production levels are met and adhere to various corrective action plans when needed.
- Provide guidance and technical support to technicians and supervisors working in the department, including requirements based on individual development.
- Perform major and preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery with weapons management.
- Introduce new treatments
- Write occupational health and safety requirements in production halls.
- Develop and motivate team performance.
Job Requirements
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree
- 0-2 years in Production or Mechanical Engineering
- Interpersonal Communication Skills.
