Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Annotator to join our AI development team. The primary responsibility of this role is to read and categorize business emails into predefined categories to train and improve our AI models. This position requires strong reading comprehension, analytical skills, and the ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Categorization:* Read and understand business emails and categorize them accurately based on specific criteria and predefined categories.
- Data Annotation:* Label and tag emails with appropriate metadata, such as sender, subject, and relevant keywords, to aid in AI training
Job Requirements
Baseline Requirements:
- English Fluency
- Attention to details and Organized
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with regular work cycle
- 6 month Obligation contract minimum due to training effort of 6 weeks
Personal Skills:
- Able to communicate thoughts clearly and effectively in English
- Able to adapt to changing business needs and eager to learn
Experience:
- Experience in B2B operations, minimum 2 NET months - due to daily work of interacting with B2B ops ( NET direct work experience not including training)
- Experience in working with US or Europe customers, Clients or operations, due to need to process business communications within correct cultural context
- Non Fresh graduate due to exposure requirements
- Plus: Marketing/ Sales/ CS related experience
