Job Description

Developing Sales Strategies:

  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management.
  • Identify client needs and propose solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.

New Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food and beverage industry.
  • Prospect potential clients, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Develop proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.

Sales Team Management:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance.
  • Monitor sales activities, track progress, and provide regular performance feedback.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive threats.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • at least 7 years as a sales manager with Proven track record of success in sales, in the food and beverage preferable in frozen foods industry at least 7 years
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Leadership experience and ability to effectively manage a sales team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
