Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Management: Implementation of the entire purchasing process from purchase order issuance to delivery confirmation.
• Supplier Relations: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring reliability and quality of goods.
• Coordination: Collaborate with related concerned parties (warehouse, logistics …etc) to streamline purchasing and delivery processes.
• Compliance: Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and regulations and goods/services aligned with the customer’s requirements
• Analysis: Monitor purchasing trends and analyze data to make informed decisions about procurement strategies.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications.
