Job Description

  • Preparing annual marketing plans in accordance with the company's strategy in this regard, with the aim of meeting the market needs of the company's products and discussing them with the line manager before implementation.
  • Preparing market studies and determining the extent of their utilization in order to enhance the company's competitive ability.
  • Supporting and organizing economic events and marketing activities of a social dimension through promotional plans.
  • Preparing and presenting periodic reports to the higher management on the extent of the impact of economic and social variables and competitors' activities on marketing activities and defining the executive procedures to face these changes
  • Study price levels in the markets and the extent to which the company's market share has changed, in order to measure the effectiveness of the marketing plans.
  • Conducting market research and marketing and marketing supervision work to measure customer opinions towards the company's marketing programs and competitors to determine the extent of feasibility of supporting plans and programs.
  • Follow up on the expected sales plan and the achieved percentages in full coordination with the sales department according to the different sales channels and work to solve the problems that impede the achievement of the target.
  • Organizing advertising and advertising activities and following up their efficient implementation within the limits of the approved budget, leading to an increase in the company’s market share and consolidating the concept, vision and message of Al Watania Poultry with the consumer.
  • Follow up the sales channels through field visits to ensure that they follow the company's systems in terms of storage and sale and solve their marketing problems in a way that improves sales efficiency, increases the company's market share, and verifies the availability of products in the market.
  • Developing new products, different types of products, new markets and sectors of sale according to the market needs
  • Conducting periodic field visits to the markets to identify the competitive position of our products compared to similar products in the markets and record the negative aspects in presenting or trading products and proposing solutions.
  • Study the complaints and suggestions of consumers and customers in coordination with the competent departments, set a time frame for their resolution, and study their proposals to highlight the role of marketing in creating good relationships with customers and maximize the degree of consumer satisfaction. Maintaining old consumers while attracting new consumers.
  • Contracting with different clients according to contractual terms, discounts, credit, returns, etc.
  • Prepare a training and development plan to develop the efficiency of workers under his technical and administrative leadership.
  • Preparing the performance evaluation of the employees working in the department.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Commerce and Master Degree in marketing is preferred.
  • 9-12 years experience (3 years in managerial level )
  • Familiarity with modern marketing research methods
  • Knowledge of advertising methods
  • Leadership and supervisory skills
  • Planning and time management skills
  • Decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Computer skills and Microsoft Office
  • Very good in ( Listening, Reading, Speaking, Writing ) English.
