Job Description
- Responsible for the implementation of change over the process in accordance to the production plan and make adjustments to keep process variables within acceptable ranges and to ensure that the product complies with applicable quality standards.
- Performing complete analysis for the production line to identify operation condition of the tanks and following up on operating conditions.
- Coordinates with the Maintenance department on the implementation of maintenance schedules so as not to disrupt production targets.
- Allocates day to day manpower on different functions on the automatic production line and solving any rising attendance issues.
- Make complete reports for operation, maintenance and defects, provide solutions and follow them up with the head of the department.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Electroplating, problem solving for nickel-chrome on zamak
- B.Sc. in chemical engineering.
- Experience from 3 to 5 years in electroplating.
- Males only.
- Residents in Alexandria.
- Excellent writing and speaking English.
- Excellent Microsoft office (Word, Excel).
