Job Description
- Manage all aspects of financial reporting including accounting, business planning, budgeting, cashflow management, collections, and management reporting.
- Oversee and report the monthly, quarterly, annually performance reports with relevant benchmarking metrices to the BOD.
- Control Budget, business Investment plans with the resource allocation and create contingency plans during the year
- Provide strong analysis to improve key business decisions focusing on listing pricing levels, promotions, and cost control.
- Develop and implement effective cost allocation, ensure accurate assessment of profitability across the different business unites.
- Monitor cash balances and develop reliable cash flow projection process that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.
- Manage banking relationship, arrange debt and equity funding, and develop optimal capital structure for the university.
- Ensure the timely reporting of all periodic financial reporting in accordance with the regulatory standards.
- Lead Month end closing through managing and preparing total university income statement , balance sheets , cash flow, headcount plans and forecasts.
- CAPEX & OPEX management and analysis
- Manage the treasury functions by KPIs.
- Develop finance policies and procedures and workflow
- Present monthly report / Dashboard to GAF management showing:
- Performance through analysing KPIs of all financial and commercials indicators to early flag in case of risk or deviation.
- Ensure that all departments are strictly following the budget by comparing the actuals Vs the budgeted costs
- Manage tax declaration
- Control products portfolio, price structure, margin, credit management
- Control asset management
Job Requirements
- Min 15 years of experience in the finance field
- Bachelor’s degree in finance
- CPA or equivalent is a must
- Strong experience in finance
- Impeccable mathematics and analytical skills
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work evenings as needed
- Very good command of the English language
- Very Good computer skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to do multiple tasks and work under pressure
