Job Description
- Leading a group of workers in the site Workshop preserving scheduled preventive maintenance intervals.
- Repairing damages and malfunctions for heavy equipment such as concrete pump, concrete mixer Dump trucks, and Pickup trucks .
- Make monthly, weekly & daily maintenance report.
- Managing heavy equipment workshop to execute all types of maintenance and repair for the servicing equipment such as concrete plants, chillers, ice plants,generators, air compressors, conveyor belts, concrete recycling units, mobile and stationary concrete pumps, concrete transit mixers, dump trucks, loaders, tractors, forklifts, buses, service cars, vehicles, etc.
- Performing all minor and major repairs, engine and transmission overhauling, hydraulic cylinder and pump repairs, brake system repairs, under chassis repairs and welding repairs.
- Prepare requisitions for the issue of correct materials, tools and safety equipment Coordinate issue of equipment with Material Management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Good computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Good command of English Language.
- Knowledge of how equipment work
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schemes
- Analytical and problem‐solving skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ability to intervene promptly and efficiently, where required, reliability and flexibility, Equipment management System.
