Product Design and Management

• Developing product pricing and positioning strategies with coordination with concerned sectors.
• Manage from concept, to design, sample production, testing, forecast, cost, mass production, promotion, support, and finally product end of life. 
• Estimated Bill of materials  & conversion costs to FG :  Determine Cost price  to COGS 
• Define design, material  and process quality requirements 
• Gather and analyze data and business intelligence from all related sources as well as your internal sources.
• Comparing the company's products to competitor's products to assess competition in the market.     
• Designs ULTRA Products and determine the products features and components to ensure customers’ expectations are met.
• Working alongside after-sales” ULTRA Quality Assurance”, Finance, Marketing, Sales to ensure Ultra Product Strategy are meet.
• Delivers the operating plan: the achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit, and return on investment for all the 
• Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities in coordination with concerned sectors.
• Plan for ULTRA Products / Components supply and identify preferred sourcing regions/companies in coordination with Supply chain.

Building and developing Sales and Operations teams:

• Motivates and leads a high-performance management team; attracts, recruits, and retains required members of the team not currently in place; provides mentoring as a cornerstone to the management career development program.
• Drive high performance culture and leads the performance management programs required to ensure the success.
• Empower people development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
