Job Description
- Establish new accounts by organizing and planning daily work schedule to build on existing or potential sales
- Identify prospective customers
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
- Answer questions about the products , Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
- Collaborate with colleagues in many different sector
- Investigate problems; prepare reports; develop solutions, and make recommendations to management in order to resolve customer complaints
- Provide historical records by keeping records on customer inquiries and sales
- Contribute to team efforts in accomplishing organizational goals.
