Job Description
- Kentico Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable websites and applications using the Kentico CMS platform. This includes working with various Kentico modules, customizing existing functionality, and developing custom solutions.
- .NET Development: Develop custom .NET code to extend Kentico functionality and integrate with other systems.
- Database Management: Design, implement, and optimize database schemas using SQL Server. This includes writing efficient queries, stored procedures, and database triggers within the context of Kentico.
- Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews for junior developers, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.
- Mentorship & Guidance: Mentor and guide junior Kentico developers, providing technical support and fostering their professional development.
- Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to Kentico efficiently and effectively.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain clear and concise technical documentation for developed components and systems.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years of professional experience in Kentico development, with demonstrable expertise in building and maintaining Kentico websites and applications.
- Technical Skills:
- Kentico Expertise: Deep understanding of Kentico CMS, including its architecture, modules, APIs, and customization options. Experience with various Kentico versions is a plus.
- .NET Development: Proficient in .NET framework, C#, and ASP.NET.
- SQL Server Expertise: Strong understanding of SQL Server, including database design, optimization, and performance tuning within the Kentico environment.
- Version Control: Proficiency in using Git or other version control systems.
- Testing: Experience with writing unit tests and integration tests for Kentico applications.
- Debugging & Troubleshooting: Ability to effectively debug and troubleshoot complex Kentico-related issues.
