Senior UX Designer

• The UX Designer’s primary responsibility will be to drive user experience design from end-to-end, including discovery, ideation, concepting, detailed design, prototypes and validation
• Within the Agile squad’s cross-functional product teams, the UX Designer will work with the Journey Owner and developers to create user experiences that facilitate the capture of business impact (e.g., customer loyalty, employee engagement and productivity)
• Design and deliver product visualization based on input from Design Lead and Journey Owner
• Explore solution space and refine concepts going from early wireframes to high-definition designs
• Build prototypes to help validate and communicate designs
• Identify and conduct user interface experiments in collaboration with the Design Lead and Journey Owner; conduct analytics based on data from real life experimentation
• Help Product Leads and Journey Owners define both long and short-term vision and roadmap for digital products at client digital unit
• Collaborate with other designers within and across team to problem solve design challenges and maintain a level of design consistency across products

Additional responsibilities for design lead

• Oversee the creative quality and output of the Digital Agency
• Monitor and drive the team to utilize the best and latest methods and tools to be competitive.
• Help set the design principles for the Digital Agency and the experience delivered by its products
• Create a Design Language for the Digital Agency and ensure it is maintained and implemented by all team members.
• Set up and lead design thinking sessions and facilitate sessions to help drive creative problem solving and product creation
