Job Description
General Job Purpose :
- Support the account manager by assisting through the internal procedures and processes.
Responsibilities:·
- Study company products.·
- Get acquainted to present company profile and company presentations to clients.·
- Study projects specifications; get involved in project selection and write quotations under supervision of tender specialist.·
- Write compliance sheets under the supervision of the tender specialist.·
- Go for meetings with the account manager.·
- Study contracts and POS.·
- Assist in performing the full cycle of quotation, submitter, PO release, PO delivery, payment with client and the company procedures.·
- Provide support to the account manager.·
- Contribute to the team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.·
- Submit meeting forms.·
- Attend all company training and be prepared with questions especially manufacturers presentations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Owning a car is A MUST
